- You will receive documentation to prove that the company is absolutely free of debt, has never conducted any business and no third person has any claims against the company.
- CPAs and attorneys working for our company in Germany will take care of all remaining issues for you. Professional, fast, dependable and discrete, according to your expectations.
The process is very simple.
The contract will be drawn up either by one of our lawyers in Germany or by any lawyer of your choice.
Neither you nor we have to be present for these procedures. The lawyers will each receive prior authority from you and us and they will work in the background.
The lawyer will present the bank statements to you so you can be sure that the above mentioned capital has in fact been deposited.
You will transfer only € 2,800.00 plus the balance of the account. (* plus € 25,000.00)
Neither you nor we are taking any risk.
The attorney will request some additional personal information from the buyer and the new managing director such as name, occupation, date of birth, and address. If you want to move your headquarters away from the original place of registration, we will need the new company address, the desired company name, and the names of the new partners (if any).
The charges for these changes can be immediately absorbed by your new company. (est. € 750)
